Our AI, Data & Ethics stream focuses on guiding professional service firms through the complexities of artificial intelligence, data governance, and ethical considerations. This team helps organizations leverage AI responsibly, ensuring data privacy, transparency, and alignment with ethical standards.

Erik Schwartz is the Founder and Chief Executive of The Ai Expert (theaiexpert.ai), helping ambitious small and mid-sized businesses go from AI-curious to AI-powered through a practical three-part approach: Literacy, Strategy, and Execution. He starts by building a clear, executive-level understanding of what AI can do. He then works with leadership teams to define where it fits in the organisation and which use cases will drive measurable value. Finally, he helps teams integrate AI into existing workflows and design agentic approaches that create entirely new ones.
A UK-based technologist and former enterprise product leader, Erik brings more than two decades of experience building search, knowledge discovery, and AI-driven platforms across global organisations including Microsoft, Elsevier, and Comcast, most recently driving AI initiatives in research and discovery. Today, he partners with clients to deploy intelligent systems that reclaim time, cut costs, and unlock new revenue—turning emerging capability into operational reality as AI reshapes how products and services are delivered.
